Delete your account

Open Berta, go to Settings, and tap Delete account at the bottom. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data — vehicles, receipts, photos, logbook trips, reminders, and chat history — are permanently deleted.

If you no longer have the app installed or can't access it, email us from your account's email address at contact@berta.app with the subject "Delete account". We'll verify your identity and delete your account and data within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your profile, all vehicles, service and fuel entries (including photos), logbook trips, reminders, tire sets, uploaded documents, and your chat history with Berta. You can also remove individual data (e.g. a single vehicle or entry) at any time directly in the app, without deleting your whole account.
