With one tap, Berta generates an A4 resale PDF that bundles your entire vehicle history – for a car, motorcycle or camper alike. It includes a vehicle summary, an odometer chart, a fuel summary, your tires, the service history, up to six document thumbnails and an optional cost overview – ideal for showing buyers a well-kept history.

What's in the resale PDF?

The PDF pulls together everything you've captured in Berta:

• Fuel summary – your fuel and consumption data.
• Tires – your recorded tire sets.
• Service history – all maintenance and workshop visits.
• Document thumbnails – up to 6 receipts as previews.

How do I create the PDF?

One tap is enough: Berta assembles all available data and generates the finished A4 document. You can then share or print it and hand it to a prospective buyer.

Where does the content in the PDF come from?

The PDF draws only on the data in your vehicle record. The vehicle summary comes from the master data Berta read out of the registration when you added the vehicle. The odometer chart is built from your odometer readings, the fuel summary from your fill-ups, the tire section from your tire sets, and the service history from your service entries. The document thumbnails show up to six of your captured receipts as previews. What isn't captured can't appear in the PDF either – so it pays to keep your entries complete over time.

What language is the PDF in?

The resale PDF is available in German and English and follows the app language. Set the app to the language you want before generating, if your buyer prefers a particular one.

How do I prepare for a good PDF?

The more complete your data, the more convincing the result. Record your services promptly, keep the odometer up to date, and enter your tire sets. If you want to make running costs transparent, include the cost overview – more under Costs.
